Returning Player Registration

Currently taking place ONLINE.  Most families have already received detailed instructions on how to register their players online.  Unfortunately, we had several emails that did not go through (either we didn’t have an email or the email we had was outdated).  We are working on tracking down the updated information but if you did not receive an email, please contact one of us as soon as possible:

Once you have completed online registration, please remember to mail your cheque to P.O. Box 903, Aldergrove, B.C. V4W 2V1.  Payment must be received within 14 days of completing your registration.  If a payment plan is required, you may split the total amount owing into two payments and send two cheques dated June 15th and July 15th.  Families registering three or more players are eligible to receive a discount of $100/player for the third and subsequent players registered.  If this applies to you, please deduct the appropriate amount from your total payment.

Goalies:  Any player Atom or higher who registers exclusively as a full time goalie and owns their own equipment will pay $205 registration fee.  A $50 rep tryout fee will apply to any goalie attending the rep tryout.

Family Discount: Families registering three or more players are eligible to receive a discount of $100/player for the third and subsequent players registered.

Jersey Deposit – All new players to the association are required to pay a $75 jersey deposit.  This jersey deposit will be held by the association until the player leaves AMHA. If the player fails to return a jersey at the end of the season then the deposit will be used to replace the jersey. The player will then be required to pay another jersey deposit before being allowed to register.

 Rep tryout Fee – Players wanting to try out for a rep team are required to pay a $50 rep tryout fee.

 

What to Bring : ( new registrants only)

  • Proof of Residence (2 pieces - Property Tax Bill, BC Hydro Bill, Gas Bill, Cable Bill, Credit Card Bill)

Who May Register:

Male and Female players between the ages of 5 and 20 and who reside with custodial parents within the boundaries of AMHA.  

 

AMHA Boundaries Are:

Northern Boundaries:

  • Fraser River (between 232nd Street to 276th Street)
  • #1 Highway (between 276th Street to 280th Street)

Southern Boundary:  0 Avenue (between 280th Street and 232nd Street)

Eastern Boundaries:

  • 276th Street (between the #1 Highway and the Fraser River)
  • 280th Street (between 0 Avenue and the #1 Freeway)

Western Boundary:  232nd Street (between 0 Avenue and the Fraser River)



Payments are to made in full on the night of registration;

AMHA Refund Policy

Full refund if player never steps on the ice
Up to September 30th - 75% refund
Up to November 15th - 50% refund
Up to December 15th - 25% refund
After December 15th - no refund

For Midget players trying out for Major Midget and Junior Teams, the fees are fully refundable up to Dec 15th providing players do not play in the Aldergrove MHA.
