*Jersey deposit information –Jersey deposits are only collected once at time of first registration and held until the player is no longer playing in Aldergrove MHA.  Please see our jersey deposit policy for further details.

 

Refund schedule is as follows:

  • Prior to September 30th – 75%
  • Up to October 31st – 50%
  • Up to November 30th – 25%
  • After November 30th – no refund
  • Rep-try out fee is not eligible for a refund
  • If you are on the monthly payment plan you will be refunded as above to the amount that you have paid for the season based on the time of request to withdraw.

 

New Player and Transfer Player Required Documentation:

 

Please provide all required documentation at time of registration. Partial registrations will not be accepted.

Required Documents:

  1. Player Registration Form (available our website)
  2. Player Medical Form (available on our website)
  3. Parent Code of Conduct (available on our website)
  4. Payer birth certificate
  5. Player care card
  6. TWO of the following required documents:

Document 1 – Must be ONE of the following:

*HOMEOWNERS - 2020 Property Tax Notice (full page is required with the address at the top and bottom visible).  Please note that we cannot accept your Property Assessment
*RENTERS - Current Lease or Rental Agreement (full signed agreement required - all pages)

 Document 2 - Must be ONE of the following and must not be more than TWO months old:

*Current hydro, gas, water, cable, satellite bill (cell phone bills are not accepted)

*BC Medical Statement
*School Registration (confirming child's primary address)

 

New Player & Transfer Player Additional Registration Information:

 

  1. Once the Registrar has confirmed your registration you will be sent your players Hockey Canada ID number.  You will need this to complete your registration.  You will be required to set up a TeamSnap account if you do not already have one. The on-line registration system will guide you on how to do this.
  1. Follow the steps to complete the registration.  Please note you can complete registration for more than one child. You can add participants when requested.
  1. Should you have any questions hover over the blue question mark and the answer should be there. If you require further information please contact the registrar.
  1. Review and complete your registration.
  1. Payment can be done online via credit card or e-transfer.  A 2.79% +$0.99 processing fee will automatically be charged for credit card payments at time of payment.
  1. If you wish to pay by e-transfer or are applying for financial assistance, please select the pay offline option. E-transfers must be sent to registrar@aldergroveminorhockey.com. You must include the name(s) of the players in the memo section.  Please ensure that the password to the E-transfer is hockey.
  1. If you are registering 3 or more players the additional player(s) discount will automatically be applied at the time of checkout

General Registration Information:

Reminder – a player’s fees must be paid IN FULL before they will be permitted to step on the ice (including conditioning camps and/or rep try-outs)

 

  1. Rep try-out fees will remain at $100 this season. The DEADLINE to register for rep try-outs is August 20th, 2021. If you have not registered by August 20th you will NOT be eligible to try out for a rep team. Additionally the rep tryout fee is non-refundable.
  1. All members are required to volunteer for a least one position or committee.  These opportunities will be available during the season; including but not limited to the tournaments hosted by AMHA for each division.
